  2. Scan the QR Code on the left side of your TV screen using your smartphone camera to quickly buy or manage a pass.
  3. Retrieve your 16-character license key (BXTV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  4. Enter the key on the right side of the TV screen using your remote control and click Activate Device.

This message appears when your license is already active on 2 other hardware screens. To resolve this:

  • Enter a separate valid key if you own multiple passes.
  • Get an additional pass at bx-tv.com/app for additional screens.
  • Contact our team via the Contact & Support page to reset old or retired devices.

If you experience buffering:
