1. Nature of the Digital Service
BX Television ("bx-tv.com") distributes standalone software application licenses for Android Smartphone and Android TV / FireStick applications. The fee collected on this website is exclusively an application maintenance and convenience fee for client-side ad-blocking, enhanced playback UI, and player tooling.
2. App Distribution & Malware-Free Guarantee
Direct APK Distribution (Non-Play Store): BX-TV applications (com.bx.bxtelevision & com.bx.bxtelevision.tv) are distributed exclusively as direct download packages (.apk) from our official website (bx-tv.com/app/) and are not hosted on the Google Play Store. Sideloading via device settings or downloader tools is required.
100% Virus & Malware Free: We guarantee that every APK binary built, signed, and distributed from our servers is clean, untampered, and contains zero malware, zero spyware, zero crypto-miners, and zero malicious tracking payloads. The Android OS warning prompt ("File might be harmful") is a standard generic precaution for all sideloaded applications outside the Play Store.
* Inability or reluctance to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" or sideload an APK on your device does not qualify for a post-purchase refund.
3. Third-Party Content & Channel Lineup Disclaimer
Please review this section before making any purchase:
- No Content Ownership: BX-TV does not host, broadcast, uplink, or store any audio/video media streams. All live television channels indexed in the app are collected from publicly accessible internet feeds.
- Dynamic Channel Availability: Live channel feeds depend entirely on third-party broadcast availability. Channels listed today are not permanent and may experience buffering, temporary downtime, or permanent removal without prior notice.
- No Uptime Guarantee on Streams: Temporary or permanent outages of individual third-party feeds do not constitute a defect or failure of the BX-TV software application.
4. Digital Delivery & License Key Fulfillment
All purchases are fulfilled digitally in real-time. Upon successful transaction confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay / UPI / Cards / Netbanking):
- Your 16-character alphanumeric License Activation Key (
BXTV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is generated and displayed on your screen instantly. - A purchase confirmation containing your activation credentials is sent immediately to your registered email address via our transactional mail system.
- Because fulfillment occurs instantly and automatically, the service is deemed fully delivered at the exact second the activation key is generated.
5. Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital software license keys, all purchases made on bx-tv.com are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
No refunds or chargebacks will be approved for:
- Temporary downtime or unavailability of any specific TV channel or category.
- Local ISP network routing issues, packet drops, or insufficient internet bandwidth.
- Refusal or inability to sideload the APK onto unsupported third-party TV boxes or custom ROMs.
- Accidental orders or licenses that have already activated a hardware device.
6. Device Binding & Usage Limits
Each purchased subscription pass permits activation on a maximum of 2 distinct hardware devices (e.g., 1 Android Smartphone and 1 Android Smart TV / FireStick). Hardware IDs are locked to your license upon first activation. Sharing, distributing, reselling, or attempting to reverse-engineer license keys will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
7. Duplicate Debits & Failed Transactions
In the event your bank account is debited but our checkout system fails to deliver a License Key due to network timeouts:
- If the payment was not captured by our payment gateway, the amount will automatically revert to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- If the payment was captured successfully, contact our support team with your Payment ID and Registered Email. Our team will manually generate and dispatch your activation key within 24 hours.
